Kommentare zur Ausstellung
In der Ausstellung "Hommage an die Natur" feiert Wassertheurer die Rückkehr des Frühlings, die Wiedergeburt aber auch die Vergeltung der Natur für die Schäden, die ihr von Menschenhand bereitet wurden.
Das erste Bild dieser Ausstellung präsentiert ein Kind der Natur, das mit den Haaren seiner Mutter, hier "Dame Natur" spielt. Diese Dame findet sich in zahlreichen Bildern wieder.. Im "Biss eines Traumes in den Goldapfel", zeigt Wassertheurer die Doppelsinnigkeit seines Titels. In der Aussprache kann die Bedeutung "Morsure" (Biss) oder "Mort sure" (Sicherer Tod) verstanden werden. Der Traum ist hier der unzugängliche erste Atemzug des Menschen, für die ursprüngliche Reinheit, der verworfene Traum, untersagt durch die Religion.... Die Symbolik diese Goldapfels (pomme d'or) oder Schlafapfels (pomme dort) erübrigt weitere Kommentare an dieser Stelle.

Dans l'exposition "hommage à la nature", Wassertheurer célèbre le retour du printemps, la renaissance mais aussi la revanche de la nature sur les dégâts commis par l'homme.
Le premier tableau de cette exposition présente le fils de la nature jouant avec les cheveux de sa mère, ici "dame nature", personnage que l'on retrouvera dans de nombreuses toiles. Dans la "Morsure d'un rêve dans une pomme d'or", Wassertheurer nous propose, par ce titre, une double lecture. Faut-il lire "Morsure" ou bien "Mort sure". Le rêve est ici l'inaccesible aspiration première de l'homme, pour la pureté originelle, rêve baffoué, interdit par la religion...La symbolique de la pomme d'or (ou dort) se passe ici, bien sûr de commentaire.

In the exhibition "homage to the nature", Wassertheurer celebrates the return of spring, the rebirth but also the revenge of nature on the damages made by men.
The first painting of this exhibition introduces the son of nature playing with the hair of his mother, here "the nature lady", character whom is represented in many paintings. In the "Bite of a dream in a golden apple", Wassertheurer proposes us, by this title, a double reading. In french, Bite should be read like "Sure death". The dream is the inaccesible genuine aspiration of man, for the original purity, prohibited dreams by religion... the symbolic of golden apple (golden for sleeps, in french) needs no comment nor explanation here.
