Akt und Anima- Koerper und Geist.
Das Enthüllen der Seele durch das Offenlegen der Haut. Unsere ehrlichsten Farben durchscheinen die Haut, Hoffnungen und Ängste, Träume, das Innerste des Individuums kommt zum Vorschein wenn das weltliche Garn entschwindet. Diese seelische Entwaffnung ist das Hauptprinzip hinter den Werken von
Karl Schnell . Mit kundiger Hand und tief blickendem Auge, ermöglicht er es uns, einen flüchtigen Blick in die persönlichen Realitäten seiner Objekte zu werfen, wie auch in die unserigen. Er erhascht das Universum darin, die Galaxie von Gedanken und Emotionen die in uns allen gedeiht, und legt sie bloß, in Tinte und Kohle, für jeden sichtbar. Ab dem 19. Mai werden Karl Schnell’s Interpretationen vom Inneren, der Seele und des Geistes, Akt und Anima, in der Galerie Art-Kultur in Kühwegboden zu sehen sein, begleitet von den gefühlvollen Skulpturen von JOWI. Gemeinsam mit den Künstlern laden wir Sie zur Vernissage und der Eröffnung dieser Ausstellung am Freitag 18.05 um 19:30 Uhr ein. Klangliche, optische und kulinarische Anregungen unterschiedlichster Art werden die Atmosphäre untermalen. Akt Anima kommt in das Gailtal - neugierig?

Akt Anima - 19.05 - 15.07.2007
Esprit de nu...La portée de l'âme par celle du corps. Nos plus vraies couleurs s’affichent sur la peau, espoirs et peurs, rêve, le monde intérieur de l’humain… Tout se révèle, une fois débarrassé de nos vêtements.
Cette reddition de l'âme est le principe primaire résonnant dans les travaux de Karl Schnell - de sa main et de son œil agile, il nous permet de glisser un regard dans les réalités personnelles de ses sujets, et ce faisant, dans chacune de nos propres réalités. Il saisit l'univers du dedans, la galaxie des pensées et des émotions qui scintillent à l'intérieur de chacun de nous et les couche à plat en peinture et graphique. Commençant le 19 mai, des interprétations de Karl Schnell du corps et de l'esprit, l' Akt (nu) et l'Anima, accompagnées du travail étonnant du sculpteur JOWI, sur l’âme et le corps, seront visibles chez Art Kultur – Kuehwegboden 42, Hermagor.
Les artistes et l’atelier galerie Art Kultur, vous invitent à vous joindre, corps et âme, au Vernissage de l’exposition Akt Anima, le vendredi 18 Mai, 19:30. L’ouverture de cette exposition rassemble également des artistes musiciens et danseurs…Curieux ?

The bearing of the soul through the bearing of the flesh. Our truest colors shine through the skin, hopes and fears, dreams, the inner worlds of the individual reveal
themselves when worldly garments are left behind.This surrender of the soul is the primary principle behind the works of Karl Schnell- with nimble hand and eye, he allows us to cast a fleeting glance into the personal realities of his subjects, and with that into each one of our own personal realities as well. He sees the universe within, the galaxy of thoughts and emotions that exists inside every one of us and lays it plain in paint and graphite on the canvas for all to see. Starting on May 18th, Karl Schnell's interpretations of the body and spirit, Akt and Anima, accompanied by the equally genuine and soul bearing work of sculptor JOWI, will be displayed in Art Kultur in Kühwegboden.
The artists and ourselves would like to invite you to join us, Friday 18.05.2007 at 19:30 for the Vernissage, the grand opening of this exhibit, which will include a free buffet and musical/visual/culinary stimulation of every sort. Akt Anima is coming to the Gailtal. Curious?
