Sylvie Lebrun est née en 1965 en région parisienne à Versailles. Très tôt elle manifeste un goût vif pour le dessin et les arts.
"Je ne conçois plus ma vie sans l'art et la peinture" dit-elle fréquemment. La peinture est pour elle un moyen d'évasion qui permet
d'embellir le quotidien. Elle aime peindre les lieux qui l'émeuvent par leurs forces.
Elle peux rester de long moments devant les beautés naturelles ou humaines afin de s'en imprégner et de les retranscrire avec sa subjectivité.
Peindre est une manière de rester en communication avec elles et elle aime montrer sa vision du monde.

Sylvie Lebrun ist 1965 in der Pariser Region Versailles geboren. Sehr früh zeigt sie reges Interesse für das Zeichnen und die Kunst.
„Ich plane mein Leben nie mehr ohne Kunst und Malerei“ sagt sie häufig.
Die Malerei ist für sie ein Mittel des Ausweichens, das es ermöglicht, den Alltag zu verschönern. Sie malt gerne Orte, die sie durch ihre Kräfte
inspirieren. Sie kann sich sehr lange Zeit vor natürlichen oder menschlichen Schönheiten aufhalten, um sie sich einzuprägen und sie mit Subjektivität wiederzugeben.
Malen ist ein Mittel um mit ihnen zu kommunizieren und sie liebt es, ihre Version der Welt zu zeigen.

Sylvie Lebrun was born in 1965 at Versailles in the south of Paris. Early she enjoys drawing and, more generally speaking, arts. However and curiously her professional life begins with technical activities. She has been, for a long time, team leader in a mechanical design department.
But tired by this agitated and even non-creative life, she changed of way .She comes back to her previous passion and painting is her main activity.
Now visiting exhibitions is not sufficient, she needs painting everyday. “I can’t imagine my life without painting and arts” she used to say. Painting is for her the best way to escape and make daily life more beautiful.
She likes painting places, which give her emotions through their force .She’s able staying for a long time in front of natural or human beauties to translate them with her paintbrushes .Painting is a way to maintain a link with those beauties, and she likes showing her point of view on the world.
